Every year without fail, Apple says its latest iPhone is the best one yet.

Should you get the 7 or wait for the 8? And the removal of the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack allows the possibility of larger battery and Taptic Engine. The haptic engine newly introduced to the iPhone series from the last generation is now more durable and has better dynamic response.

None of these iPhone 7 issues is anywhere near the severity of those exploding Galaxy Notes.

Add in the boosted base storage – 32GB up from 16GB – and the iPhone 7 was turning into a sleeper hit.

Plugging your old Apple earbuds into the iPhone 7, using the Lightning adapter, sounds much better than those budget 3SIXT Lightning earbuds – a timely warning as third-party Lightning audio accessories are about to flood the market.

The early expectations for the iPhone 7 weren’t great.

Apple is also becoming more environmentally friendly. The camera testing is refuted by many professional photographers, and even Consumer Reports admitted the iPhone 7 Plus scored a noticeable zoom improvement with that second lens. But if the iPhone 8 has a similar list of woes, 2017 will be an iPhone 10th anniversary that Apple won’t much enjoy celebrating. The Nexus 6P sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM and an Adreno 430 graphics card.

It has also been rumored that Apple could bring out three models of the iPhone 8, one of which would be a premium handset with a curved display.

Samsung’s camera tech is pretty impressive and capable, while also being extremely easy to use and get good results for even the most inexperienced and non-camera-savvy users. The iPhone 7 Plus 32GB costs $1,269, 128GB costs $1,419 and 256GB costs $1,569. It’s free, which is a nice gesture, but the downside is you’ll probably lose it within a few weeks, and have to buy a replacement.

Of course, if you want more storage on the iPhone 7, you’ll have to pay more for the privilege, which puts the iPhone 7 at rather a disadvantage when it comes to overall pricing.

Tech Times has taken a look at the experts’ reviews and summarized the most relevant aspects of the iPhone 7, so you know if you should wait for next year to update your current iPhone. Apple sold 13 million units of iPhone 6S in their launch weekend.
