Although Shelton and Gilman hail from the country genre, Shelton didn’t immediately recognize Gilman but remembered as soon as the now 28-year-old introduced himself.

Following up pretty quickly to Levine’s move is Miley Cyrus, and as the audition comes to a close, both Alicia Keys and Blake Shelton wind up swiveling their red chairs around as well for Gilman and give him a full roster of coaches to choose from.
