Donald Trump’s health is ‘excellent,’ doctor says in releasing test results
While Trump didn’t hand over the exact results, he handed over a summary that was put together by his longtime physician Dr. Harold Bornstein – the Lenox Hill Hospital doctor that wrote the last summary of the Republican presidential nominee’s health.

Trump shared the results of a recent physical exam during a taping of the talk show, with Oz reading from a summary of exam results that Trump is 6-foot, 3-inches tall and weighs 236 pounds. “His thyroid and liver function tests were normal”.
Earlier this year, Bornstein drew attention for writing that Trump would be the healthiest president in history.
“He takes a lipid lowering agent and a low dose aspirin”, Bornstein wrote in the one-page letter.
Without explicitly referring to his “Dr. Oz” appearance, Trump said he would release the results from his physical this week. Clinton this week took several days off the campaign trail to recuperate from a bout with pneumonia, after she almost collapsed on Sunday at a memorial ceremony for the September 11, 2001, attacks.
A day earlier, Trump had a conversation about the document with talk-show host and surgeon Mehmet Oz during a taping in NY. However, Trump said he has high cholesterol and likes fast food.
Trump insisted on the show that he’s in good health and said he has the stamina of a much younger person.
The Clinton campaign revealed on Sunday that she was recently diagnosed with pneumonia – a development that has led to calls for more transparency and information on both nominees’ medical records and histories. Though the 70-year-old admitted he takes a statin for his cholesterol levels, his EKG and echocardiogram results are normal, per Yahoo.
“I don’t know folks – you think Hillary Clinton would be able to stand up here for an hour and do this?”
“I think I could lose a little weight”, he told Oz.
The full installment of The Dr. Oz Show airs Thursday.
“I guess I wouldn’t be talking to you right now if they were bad”.

His blood pressure and cholesterol levels are within normal levels, as is his testosterone level.
