Who is already voting for president?
At least in Minnesota.

Absentee voting for the 2016 Presidential Election officially begins today, and voters can cast their ballots either at a local voter registration office or by mail.
Once all voter registration is complete, election officials in both counties will begin preparing for early voting, which starts on October 19 and continues through November 3.
Virginia votes for November’s General Election could already be rolling in.
Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon has urged voters to participate in early voting.
Here’s a look at early voting in the United States and which states allow it.
In Stewart County, the registration drive will be from 9 a.m.to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Stewart County Public Library, 102 Natcor Drive in Dover.
After casting her vote, Rosen strutted out in her black leather jacket, red hoodie, white Beats wireless headphones, and proudly stuck on a bright red “I voted” sticker.
“Voting isn’t just a right, it’s a duty and the sooner we can get it done the sooner we can do other things in our life”, said voter Morgan Jameson. You can get a free Photo ID from your county elections office or any DMV location.
Carla Ledesma, the Wauwatosa City Clerk, said state law allows absentee voters to change their minds and re-cast a ballot should they choose to do so. While he is not enamored of the earlier voting options, he sees the trend, adding “it is what it is, and we just need to do a good job of it”. Before the changes, Colbert would have been able to update his registration during the early voting period. Previously requested absentee ballots will be mailed not later than Saturday, September 24, and should be received shortly thereafter. “Who’s guarding it? Call me old school, but I want to watch my paper ballot slide into the voting machine as soon as I’ve cast my vote”, Reynolds told Sputnik News.
That honor falls to Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., which started early voting on Monday. Historically, voter turnout in presidential elections has been as high as 76 percent. Earlier this week, a federal judge ordered North Dakota to return to a system it had in place before the Republican-led Legislature imposed a tougher voter ID requirement four years ago; voters there who do not have a state-required photo ID can once again sign an affidavit swearing they are a qualified voter.

“It’s been a partisan issue because Republicans think that early voting, for whatever reason, they think it helps Democrats, which I think is debatable”.
