Wenger plays down Jose ‘face break’ threat
We’ll have to wait until November to see them cross paths in the Premier League, and for now, Wenger isn’t interested in entertaining Mourinho’s desire to get physical and bring some violence to the table.

Antonio Conte has urged his Chelsea side to “impose” themselves on Arsenal during this evening’s Premier League encounter at the Emirates Stadium.
Jose Mourinho has played down any rift with Arsene Wenger.
Costa has been criticised for his off-the-ball behaviour, but Wenger warned that he can still be a massive threat to his side and called on his players to be “cold-blooded” in dealing with the striker.
Rob Beasley, a sports journalist who has had regular contact with Mourinho, claims in a soon-to-be released book that the former Chelsea boss’s views on Wenger are even more damning when away from the cameras and microphones.
Arsene Wenger has confirmed Aaron Ramsey will miss Arsenal’s visit of Chelsea on Saturday because of a hamstring injury.
Wenger, who apologised for pushing Mourinho during a 2-0 defeat by Chelsea in October 2014, said: “I have no personal problem with anybody”.
‘I told him, “Here you do that, you know I can’t react, but I will meet you one day in the street”‘.
I haven’t read the book and I certainly will not read it.
Wenger refused to respond to the alleged comment ahead of Arsenal’s match with Chelsea, saying he was not in a “destructive mode, ever” and would not be reading the book.
“We talk about that because in the last two games, we’ve played against Chelsea with 10 men” he said.
“I repeat – in football there is the game, there is the present, and the past is not important”, Conte added. I am just focusing on doing my job well and respecting everybody else.
“[Antonio] Conte has very strong players in transition, like Hazard, like Willian, like Diego Costa”.
“I think some people wanted some signings in the summer but everyone knows English clubs have a lot of money at the moment and if you ask for a player they raise the prices”.
