The Salt Lake County District Attorney announced that the charges against Masina are one count of rape, and two counts of forcible sodomy.

Masina is also under investigation for an earlier sexual assault of the same woman in Los Angeles.
The charges involve a woman that Masina is accused of assaulting in both California and Utah, where Masina’s family lives.
“The next thing the victim recalls is having sex with Osa Chad Masina”, the search warrant says.
Hill, a redshirt sophomore, has also been released from the USC football team.
The Salt Lake County Sheriff’s office booked Masina and he is being held on a $250,000 bail.
Masina’s attorney Greg Skordas said Friday the sexual activity was consensual and that his client’s version of events is quite different than the woman’s.

The woman claims that she was raped again on July 26 while in Utah after a day of drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana with Masina. “To protect the rights of the students and comply with federal privacy laws no other details will be provided”. “K was hunched against a tree with only her bra on and the blanket over her”.
She remembers waking up the next morning in a neighbor’s yard after the alleged assault, according to the documents.
A neighbor says the father of former NASCAR racer Robby Gordon was one of two people found dead inside a Southern California home. After that incident, she called police.

Masina had been listed on the team’s preseason depth chart as the starting weak-side linebacker after recording 25 tackles in 2015.
