Guardiola wants Aguero to get even better for City
The Argentine’s goals – his first a brilliant turn and powerful finish that gave keeper Lukas Fabianski no chance, while his second was a Panenka penalty – have come from just six games but the City boss wants the striker to contribute even more, particularly after a hard afternoon against a stubborn Swansea side.

The Swans drew level through Spanish striker Fernando Llorente, but Aguero and then Raheem Sterling sealed the win to maintain City’s flawless start to the season.
“For how he reacted, it looks muscular, but I’m not a doctor fortunately”.
“He can play better – he can make other things that are going to help us”.
“We tried to win the game straight from the start and I thought Claudio [Bravo] was awesome in the way he mixed his passes; the short balls to the central defenders or the long balls to the strikers helped us create quick counter-attacks. Tonight, we are going to come back to Manchester; tomorrow, the doctor is going to see”, Guardiola was quoted as saying by the Manchester Evening News on Saturday.
Guardiola’s men continued their flawless start to the season with a 3-1 victory over Swansea City on Saturday.
We tried to win the game straight from the start and I thought Claudio (Bravo) was wonderful in the way he mixed his passes; the short balls to the central defenders or the long balls to the strikers helped us create quick counter-attacks.
“But they have good players and the goal they scored was very good”, the Spaniard added.
“Maybe it was our best performance with the ball”, Guardiola said. “It was a good game and now there is disappointment in my team, but if we play like this in the future then it will be a good future for us”. I am proud of my players.
“It had been a good game for us up until then”.
On the penalty, awarded by referee Neil Swarbrick at a crucial time of the game, Guidolin said: “I am not one to judge the referee”. I watched the television and I have my opinion, but this is not important. “If the board have anything to say to me, it is easy – they can just call me”.
