Trump’s campaign confirmed his plans to meet with Netanyahu but did not immediately comment on what the two intend to discuss. Clinton’s campaign later also confirmed her plans. He is expected to head back to Israel in the evening.
The Israeli prime minister’s office did not provide further details, including whether the meetings were at Netanyahu’s invitation.

Netanyahu said that the threat a nuclear Iran poses “is not behind us; it’s before us”.
“I call on President Abbas: You have a choice to make”.

“This conflict is not about the settlements; it never was”, he said.
Erdogan said he believes his country’s recently restored ties with Israel can be useful in encouraging the peace process between Israelis and Palestinians.
The Quartet – the United States, Russia, the European Union and the United Nations – is tasked with overseeing global peace efforts, but both France and Egypt have expressed an interest in helping out.
