The device is likely to run on one of Samsung’s 64-bit processors and will have 2GB of RAM, which is notably less than the 4GB of RAM Samsung has packed into its newest smartphones.

According to the same leaker who has recently made public the alleged Geekbench 3 results of a lot of next gen mobile chipsets, Samsung is now working on a 12-inch, Windows 10 powered tablet. The operating system is apparently running on over 50 million devices with the Redmond-based company aiming to make sure it on a billion devices in the next few years.
No mention of a stylus, but given Samsung’s love for its S Pen, we wouldn’t rule it out entirely. The device is reportedly codenamed “Tahoe”, and that display is said to feature a resolution of 1920×1080, with an 8-megapixel camera on the back, and a 2.1-megapixel camera on the front.
However, there is no official confirmation from Samsung about a Windows 10 tablet at this point.
Popular Samsung news leak site, Sammobile also reports that the rumored tablet will be a mere 6.2mm thick and weigh just 600 grams. According to a report from SamMobile, Samsung is now developing a enormous tablet.

The larger display tablet would be ideal for offices, schools and even living rooms. Turns out the information was true all along because the South Korean tech giant is working on a massive 18.4 inch tablet that is going to be running Google’s Android platform. The rest of the Samsung SM-T670 specs include 32GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 5,700mAh battery, and Android 5.1. While tablets are usually of the 7-10-inch variety, these days OEMs are starting to put out larger display.
