The source, speaking on condition of anonymity because the case is ongoing, said the allegation involves some sort of physical altercation between Pitt and his 15-year-old son but does not involve punching or hitting.

A drunken Brad Pitt was caught on video raging at Angelina Jolie aboard their private jet – but the recording did not show any physical violence or contact with Jolie or any of their children, a new report said Friday.

The incident was also referred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which has jurisdiction because it happened in the air.

It was announced that Angelina Jolie was filing for divorce from Brad Pitt after two years of marriage on Tuesday. “We’re not handling any investigation into this incident.[with] Brad Pitt”.

The agency has confirmed it is “continuing to gather facts” about the incident, which has been widely reported to have led to his wife Angelina Jolie to file for a divorce.

However, the source said Pitt was adamant “it did not reach the level of physical abuse, that no one was physically harmed”.

The FBI in the USA said it is “continuing to gather facts” about allegations against Brad Pitt regarding his children while aboard a private jet.

Brad Pitt allegedly “lunged” at his 15-year-old son Maddox during a family argument onboard their private jet.

Pitt will reportedly fight to get joint custody of the kids and has hired his family law attorney Lance Spiegel, who had represented Charlie Sheen in his divorce battle with Heather Locklear.

Media outlets quoting anonymous sources claimed Pitt had been drinking during the flight.
