Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday targeted Pakistan, saying that there is only one country that is exporting terror to the whole world. “In all bilateral meetings, including with Sri Lanka, there has been resonance and immediate response” on the attack on the army base in Uri, he said.

“I want to tell them to ask their leaders what is happening in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. All countries in Asia are working for development of Asia but one country doesn’t want Asia to develop in the 21st century and is conspiring against Asia by exporting terrorism”, Modi said. Your rulers are misleading you by singing songs on Kashmir and reading out scripts written by terrorists on Kashmir. The monthly radio show of Narendra Modi comes a week after the deadly attack in Uri attack which claimed lives of 18 Indian soldiers and injured more than 30.

“Any episode of terrorism in the world is followed with the news of the links of this country”.

He asked Pakistani people if they asked their leaders that whereas India exports software they were “exporting terrorists”. Pakistan says it provides only political and diplomatic support to insurgents who have been fighting for Kashmir’s independence from India or its merger with Pakistan since 1989. I want to tell the people of Pakistan that we have common ancestors, that our forefathers worshipped the same land before 1947. Islamabad strongly denied any involvement and said India had not provided proof to back its accusations.

Spending a large part of his forceful speech on the issue of terrorism, Modi also ridiculed Pakistan for “singing the Kashmir tune” at the UN.

“We will isolate you”, Modi warned Pakistan. He said soon there will come a time when the people of Pakistan will revolt against Pakistan. He said, let both the countries fight against poverty, unemployment and social evils and see which country is able to eradicate these evils first.

He said, Kerala has the potential of being number one state of the country and BJP and the central government will always be ready to help in this endeavour.

The Prime Minister further said more than 110 terrorists have been killed in the past few months by the Indian Army as they were trying to infiltrate.

“A day will come when the people of Pakistan will go against their own government to fight terrorism”.

While the Indian leader spoke in tough language directed at Pakistan and vowed not to bow down in the face of terrorism, he also toned down the rhetoric from some leaders in his Hindu nationalist party who had raised questions about the possibility of a military escalation between the rivals.
