A physician born in 1950, Stein emphasizes peace, justice, climate action, and full employment (largely through new jobs in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors).

The survey – conducted by the Military Times and Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families – found Trump has the support of 37.6% of active-duty troops, while Johnson holds 36.5%.

Many Millennials and other voters who are cool toward Hillary Clinton, and warming up to Libertarian Party candidate Johnson or Green Party candidate Stein, may not remember how third-party alternatives like Ralph Nader helped elect George W. Bush over Al Gore in 2000.

Many Democrats are dismayed by recent DNC leaks, pointing to a potentially “rigged” Democratic primary, while traditional Republican voters are upset that their party could embrace such an abrasive nominee as Donald Trump. We have more than two deadly choices. “I don’t agree with a lot of what Jill Stein says, but it is healthy for a democracy to hear how she would chance things, from environmental policy to the economy and personal freedoms”, Stossel said. Trump leads among the enlisted with 39.8% and Clinton comes in third with 14.1%. Clinton, the Democratic nominee, sits at about 16 percent of support, followed by Green Party candidate Jill Stein with 1 percent.
