The singer joined ’80s rock legend Billy Idol onstage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas to belt out the title track from the rocker’s 1983 hit album.

As the internet pointed out, Miley is 23, while Billy is 37 years older than her. Despite that, she took the stage decked out in glasses and leather trousers emblazoned with Idol’s name as well as platform shoes.
We knew that Miley Cyrus was a rebel, but now we know she has a “Rebel Yell”, too. As she walked on, she said to the crowd, “singing with Billy f**king Idol, let’s do it!”
The concert also featured performances by Drake, Sia, and U2.

Earlier in the month, Cyrus made headlines with another classic rock cover, performing Bob Dylan’s “Baby, I’m in the Mood for You” on The Tonight Show. Night two is set to feature Britney Spears, Sting, and Ariana Grande.
