Early voting begins as ballots are issued

If a voter chooses to vote a straight party ticket, that voting mark will cast a vote for all candidates in that party, except for the at-large County Council race. “If your name changed or your address has changed since you last voted or your registration status is listed as inactive (from not voting in recent elections), now is the time to update your registration”.
Qualified Virginia voters may vote absentee in-person at their local voter registration office or vote absentee by mail.
