There will also be Chinese mythology versions of the already existing Minecraft mobs and environments.
The next installment of Minecraft DLC, titled “Minecraft Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack”, arrives in early October, a new trailer details.
The “Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack” introduces an exquisitely crafted world inspired by the myths of the far East, and adds new skins, new music tracks, and its own map for Minecraft’s Battle mini-game. The pack will retail for $4.99 United States dollars and will be available on digital stores across consoles.
The “Chinese Mythology Mash-Up Pack” was first announced at the ongoing Minecraft convention in California, according to GameSpot.
New mobs: You’ll now find polar Bears (and their babies!) roaming frozen biomes.
Banners! Spruce the place up with your personalised drapery.
New Items: Players can farm Beetroots and can calm their hunger by making Beetroot soup.
New terrain generation: You’ll find Igloos in Arctic biomes, Fossils buried underground, as well as different village paths and materials.
