With diminished title aspirations, his alliance with Stephanie shattered, and Triple H looming, Rollins’ faces an uncertain night on Raw, but at least Clash of Champions ended on a vaguely positive note.

At the WWE Clash Of Champions pay-per-view on Sunday night, nothing was resolved in the “Best Of 7 Series” between Cesaro and Sheamus.

Roman Reigns and Rusev will reignite their rivalry over the United States Championship following their brutal brawl that take place at SummerSlam. The Big Dog went on to defeat Rusev to become the new United States Champion. The following week, Rusev would ambush Reigns after Roman defeated Kevin Owens in a Steel Cage match, again brutalizing Roman and punishing Reigns with the Accolade.

There were many great moments at Clash of Champions but ahead we break down the top 3. In the end, the referee detected that both of them was in no condition to go further and hence called off the match. However, earlier that same night, Charlotte had a non-title match against Bayley where Bayley pinned the RAW Women’s Champion, earning Bayley a future shot at the title.

Dana Brooke wasn’t much of a factor.

For the last month, Cesaro and Sheamus have been fighting tooth and nail and almost destroying each other in the process all for the sake of winning their Best of Seven Series and earning a future championship opportunity.

The pair absolutely tore into each other, one suicide dive to the outside by Cesaro almost seeing him break his neck, before medics ruled neither could continue.

Cesaro and Sheamus got injured during their match.

Rollins is on his way to the win when Chris Jericho interferes, and a ref bump allows Owens’ best friend to occupy Rollins. Kevin Owens and TJ Perkins are both heavily favored to retain their championship and Charlotte is a solid favorite to retain.

Recently, it was reported that Roman Reigns has intentionally being kept out of the WWE Universal title picture because WWE was focused on building new stars in the main event of Raw.

Nia Jax also dominated Alicia Fox in the pre-show, scoring the three-count after nailing a Samoan drop. Xavier nailed Karl with his trombone, named Francesca, which ultimately led to the New Day retaining the titles! As a result, Big E & Kofi Kingston (c) retain. Perkins defeated Kendrick by submission with a knee-bar.

Zayn tried the Helluva Kick a few times but came up short, then escaped the Walls of Jericho only to eat a Codebreaker that gave Jericho the clean win. After Rollins landed a Pedigree (complete with a DX chop of his own to return to the favor), Jericho broke up the pin by placing Owens’ leg onto the ropes.
