Chelsea will travel to the Emirates Stadium looking to atone for the 2-1 loss against Liverpool in their last Premier League fixture.

“I’m very clear with my players: when a player deserves to play, I put him in the team”, he added, suggesting that Fabregas might now be in contention to face former club Arsenal next week.

The Spain global has made just three substitute appearances in the league since Conte’s arrival, leading to speculation that his time at Stamford Bridge is drawing to close.

“This is very important because it showed the will to win and to go into the next round”.

As you can see in the video, the 100PercentChelsea presenter finds himself agreeing with the supporters he interviews.

The midfielder scored twice in extra time as Chelsea came from 2-0 down to beat Leicester 4-2 in the EFL Cup third round on Tuesday.

“I don’t know [when he’ll be back]”. Secondly if I can help the team, fantastic.

“I think the key was when we conceded a goal from the last corner of the first half”, he said, via the club’s website.

“He’s working, but he didn’t recover for the game against Arsenal”, Conte told a press conference.

“Real Madrid? Maybe they called me or maybe not”. “I’m seeing him very focused, very concentrated, during the training sessions”.

He has been somewhat out of favour this season under the Italian, who seems to prefer Nemanja Matic, Oscar, and new signing N’Golo Kante as his three central midfielders.

“Hopefully I will. I’m not going to deny that I want to play every single minute”.

“For sure it’s a big game between two big rivals”.

Fabregas, however, expressed his desire to spend more time on the field, saying it was very hard for him to watch his team from the substitutes’ bench.
