In Manhattan on Tuesday Microsoft unveiled a new device called the Microsoft Surface Studio.
While Microsoft has announced an upgraded version of the Surface Book laptop and a Surface Studio, the company has decided not to update its popular Surface Pro 4.There hasn’t been any specifications update either.
“The combination of Dial, pen and touch creates a more immersive and tactile way for people to create in digital environments”, Microsoft said. There are also plenty of things that are missing at the moment, and it is possible that things you see in the preview may not make it to the final release.
Microsoft endorsed tech companies HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer and Lenovo which have already began producing accessories that allow 3D features.
While Microsoft hasn’t provided very much information about the new headsets, we do have some clues about some of the third parties. Thanks to this friendly price tag, Microsoft hopes millions of Windows users will dive into the VR experience. Microsoft Paint 3D lets you take photos of physical objects on your smartphone and upload it to the platform.
Apart from the facilities of playing the game in 3D, Creators Edition is full of wonderful features for designers. However, the users of iOS and Android will have to wait for some more time to get the update.
A new 3D Capture tool for smartphones was also announced, which will enable users to scan physical items and insert them into images.
For those without hardware, it will be possible to share designs on Facebook or turn them into items for the game Minecraft.

Launching as a free update to Windows 10 early next year, the Windows 10 Creator Update will add expanded 3D capabilities and streaming technology to the operating system.
