The first and most prominent feature of the PS4 Pro is the ability to game in 4K. Although the solution gets the console to produce 4K results, the device will reportedly not be able to run all the apps with 1.4 HDCP only. In the same thread, Hurley added: “Just had a few games then on the pro and it does seem like the fps and image quality has taken a bit of a hit”. Checkerboard rendering is an upscaling technique to 4K and it works better than traditional upscaling. According to reviewers, 4K gaming is real. Both the high-resolution and lightweight modes now run at a consistent 30 frames per second with no slowdown.
PC games are designed with hundreds of components built into extreme configurations while the PS4 Pro is a standardized hardware – an exceptional and holistic machine that game designers painstakingly optimize. If you have a Sony Bravia TV, you’ll need to enable Enhanced Format to get the 4K output.
PlayStation 4 from Sony is just a recently released model of the PlayStation, that is why eBay uses its popularity and freshness to offer a discounted price.

Still, there’s an obvious advantage over for SSDs standard HDDs, but that’s always been the case. It’s a stiff price for those looking to upgrade, though.
