Galaxy Note 7 was an unforunate smartphone for the Smasung which brought dwon the company from the top spot. Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users who are now on the beta build of Android 7.0 Nougat will be getting an update soon. Unfortunately, we recommend not to get your hopes up just yet. Leaked images of the Galaxy S7 Edge in Glossy Black have now surfaced online, revealing a glossier shade of black than the current Onyx Black. A standout characteristic of the iPhone 7 is its lack of a headphone jack.
Either way, we can definitely appreciate the second life offered to the S6 Edge and it is already happening as we speak. Older models all the way to iPhone 5 can also be used for this promo, but owners would have to pay $350 to get an iPhone 7 and $450 to get an iPhone 7 Plus.
There’s a particularly good deal if you want a flagship phone, as T-Mobile is essentially giving away the devices for free.
Having the Galaxy S6 series added to the Samsung Galaxy Beta program also dovetails with the expected timeline schedule for the update. Like most retailers and carriers, T-Mobile has also pulled out the Black Friday big guns, following the extended Magenta Friday savings spree. T-Mobile is willing to offer $200 to anyone who switches a number from another carrier to theirs, with the maximum limit set to 12 lines, or $2,400 which will be applied to pre-paid Mastercards.
Signing up for this deal means you essentially agree to be a T-Mobile customer for two years.
Subsequently, the mobile carrier will also be providing customers with an hour worth of free Gogo Wi-Fi if they are traveling on any domestic USA airline from November 23-26.
