DeMarcus Cousins erupts in postgame interview after he was ‘unejected’
The latest came in a profane-filled tirade against a Bee columnist for an article about Cousins’ dust-up at a NY nightclub earlier this month that was followed by a civil lawsuit against Cousins and teammate Matt Barnes.

It exited the Kings center’s mouth and fell toward the Trail Blazers’ bench moments after Cousins had hit a go-ahead and-one basket with 35.2 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. That meant Cousins had to run back out and shoot his free throw. The three made a decision to reinstate Cousins in the game to the delight of the home support, having reflected on footage of the incident.
The Sacramento Kings said they are reviewing an incident in which center DeMarcus Cousins confronted at a local columnist and shouted obscenities at him following Monday night’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
You know, upon reflection, maybe this was all a pretty typical Tuesday for DeMarcus Cousins. Last night he dropped 55 points on the Portland Trail Blazers in a huge home win. I can’t respect someone like that.
The Kings, though, had to have been thrilled with the big man’s performance.
The New York Post reported Closure was with Barnes and Cousins when the fight broke out.
It was actually quite entertaining, but during the interview, the mic went out causing many on social media to speculate that the microphone was cut because Cousins was speaking the gospel.

Leonard started on Tuesday and was given the primary defensive assignment on Cousins. The alleged attitude problem of the superstar was said to be the reason for the general managers to opt not to have him. He finished one point shy of his career-high and shot 17-of-28 from the field and 16-of-17 from the line. “It’s not happening. I brought him back to reality”. There’s no one else like him, and this game was arguably the best encapsulation yet of all that makes him so special. The win avenged an earlier overtime loss this season in Portland and snapped Sacramento’s seven-game losing streak to the Blazers.
