Luck did his best to try to lead a late comeback after Carr left the game with a broken bone in his right leg in the fourth quarter.

Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio and defensive end Khalil Mack walked out on the turf as well, as the crowd at the Coliseum chanted “M-V-P” for the injured quarterback.
The Raiders are 12-3 after their win over the Colts.
The end result? The Colts will miss the playoffs in consecutive seasons for the first time since 1997-98.
The injury is a massive blow to Oakland’s quest for the top seed in the AFC – they are one game behind the Patriots going into the regular-season finale next weekend against the Broncos.
“Everybody heals differently”, Del Rio said. “I think it’s been a testament to everyone in the group”.
Fans are optimistic as to how far the Raiders will go this playoff season.
That scenario seemed unlikely before Saturday evening, but Carr is easily the best player on the Raiders’ squad and without him, their chances of winning decrease tremendously. RUN DEFENSE: C+Colts running back Frank Gore had 13 carries for 73 yards against the Raiders. He’s had seven fourth-quarter comebacks this year. DeAndre Washington had runs of 9 and 10 yards, before picking up 22 en route to his first career touchdown.
