Repeal Obamacare. Look to Canada for inspiration.
Here’s what’s clear: Most Americans (62 percent) prefer giving the federal government a larger role in healthcare if it means guaranteeing coverage and financial help for seniors and the lower-income, while similar proportions say lowering the cost of healthcare for individuals and lowering the cost of prescription drugs should be a “top priority”. Marsh said he expects any Obamacare replacement to include looser restrictions on health insurance companies selling insurance across state lines – something he says will drive down health insurance costs.
While GOP lawmakers are going full steam ahead on repealing the ACA, executives across the United States have started voicing concerns about how much it would cost to uproot the health care policy. Republican leaders have said they may pursue a “repeal and delay”, in which repeal is passed in January but only takes effect in one or several years.

At long last, Republicans have the numbers in Congress to mount a vote that would effectively repeal the Affordable Care Act, the crowing achievement, some would argue, of President Barack Obama’s time in office. For that very reason, Reed said, the health-care industry would have little reason to support it.
