Virginia Union graduate and former National Basketball Association star Charles Oakley was arrested Wednesday after being dragged out of Madison Square Garden by security.

The game stopped briefly while Oakley was being walked away from the court, as players looked on and the crowd chanted “Oakley!”

Rivers spoke after the game, calling the incident “sad”. He really is. Honestly, the players could see me.

If you told Oakley his team was bad, he’d spend 48 minutes out-rebounding you, say the most disrespectful things he could, and then leave. “I didn’t say anything to him”. Or Charles’s version of the events, that he just sat down and hadn’t said anything at all, I have to be honest. I bought the ticket. When he persisted, he was asked to leave – then forced to leave.

“I thought there were some plays and loose balls that we didn’t get, and (the Clippers) ended up scoring”, Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said. I asked players I played with to go talk with (James Dolan). “‘I did my job”.

Carmelo Anthony walked past the Knicks’ locker room as if he didn’t have a care in the world, politely declining an interview request, smiling and saying, “I’ve got to do my routine”, as he continued down the hall.

“I love Tom Brady and I’m not faulting his decision to skip the Obama White House visit, but he opened this box”, Nelly continued. But we don’t need a team that wins.

Sources said the Knicks ‎are reluctant to absorb the three years and $42 million left on Crawford’s contract after this season, which has led to the hunt for a third team that might be interested in Crawford.
