Forward Earnings Estimate of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company(HPE)
Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the corporate hardware and enterprise software business of Hewlett-Packard Co, reported a 10.4 percent fall in revenue, largely due to sluggish demand for its servers and storage equipment. Also, earnings increased from the year-ago figure of 36 cents per share. This is the fifth quarter result since the split of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) from Hewlett Packard (HP).

Revenue from its enterprise group, the company’s biggest and which offers servers, storage and networking services, fell almost 12 percent to $6.32 billion in the quarter. The firm has institutional ownership of 67%, while insider ownership included 2.50%. The last session’s volume of 2.61 million shares was higher than its average volume of 2.30 million shares.

Therefore, it expects revenues to increase 4.2-7.6% YoY to $2.38-2.45 billion during the current quarter.
For fiscal 2017, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise estimates GAAP diluted net EPS to be in the range of $0.60 to $0.70 and non-GAAP diluted net EPS to be in the range of $1.88 to $1.98. This represents a $0.26 annualized dividend and a yield of 1.05%.
