Mr Trump will seek to boost Pentagon spending by $US54 billion ($70 billion) in his first budget proposal and slash the same amount from non-defence spending, including a large reduction in foreign aid, a White House budget official said.

They have been doing this by publishing all sorts of fake news to discredit him thinking that hopefully it can help cut short his presidency.
The White House invited a pool of news organisations that shares its work with other press to the briefing and said it felt “everyone was represented”. In a statement issued shortly after Trump’s tweet, Mason said the show will go on under that very premise. Mulvaney said agency heads received Monday their total funding limits for the year and would mull spending changes with the White House.
Media outlets who have published such pieces “are the enemy of the people”, Trump said. “Please wish everyone well and have a great evening!”, the President tweeted Saturday.
The White House refused to confirm reports on Trump’s forthcoming budget proposal.

Also blocked were the Los Angeles Times, BuzzFeed, and most foreign press, according to the news outlet Axios.
