Oprah Winfrey Reconsidering Running for President After Trump

“Or do you want a demagogue?” Especially when it comes to political leaders. Now Oprah Winfrey admits she’s given the idea of using her massive media power to shatter that “highest and hardest glass ceiling” that Hillary Clinton couldn’t quite crack.

Days after Trump won the election, filmmaker Michael Moore appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” and voiced support for an Oprah run. Rubenstein point blank said to her, “you could actually run for President and actually be elected”.

Mr Trump, in fact, suggested Winfrey as his running mate when he considered running for president in 1999, and again a year ago said he “would love to have Oprah” on his ticket.

During the interview, Winfrey also revealed that many of her friends thought she would fail when she was hired to host A.M. Chicago in 1984 because she would be competing with veteran host Phil Donahue. “Oh…”, referring to Donald’s shocking 2016 victory.

“That’s what I thought”, Winfrey responded. “I don’t know enough.’ And now I’m thinking, ‘Oh.'” . I don’t…’ And now I’m thinking, ‘Oh.

It’s a sly bit of editing to get people talking and tune in to the show, something I’m sure Oprah could appreciate. Political background is apparently overrated these days.

“Though we dodged the toxic blue bullet on November 8 and showed that the real MI is bright red, the embarrassing high-crime blue smudges in the state must be fixed and removed ASAP”, Nugent added.

It’s unclear as to how serious she was in the interview, but Oprah was quite closely involved with both of Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns. We definitely wouldn’t mind voting for Oprah, especially after hearing who else is considering running.
