Kyle Busch and Joey Logano Fight at NASCAR Race in Las Vegas

He could have been talking about losing the race lead to victor Martin Truex Jr. when the brakes failed, and how Truex swept the race, winning both early stages – and the 10 points that go with each stage win – before taking the checkered flag.

Keselowski was leading with two laps remaining when a mechanical problem developed on his auto, which allowed Truex to move to the lead.

There was some contact with Logano’s auto that caused the wreck, and Busch was fuming after watching him finish fourth in the race.

And the former NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion let Logano know exactly how he felt about it once out of his vehicle. Busch spun onto pit road and finished the Kobalt 400 22nd-the last auto on the lead lap. It wasn’t the first time Joey’s late-race aggression irked his competitors, but Busch was determined to make it the last by confronting the driver in the pit lane post-race.

Logano was quickly pulled from the center of the fight by members of his crew.

When they were separated and Busch got to his feet, he had a bloody gash above his right eye.

NASCAR officials had no immediate comment about the incident Sunday.

Both drivers spoke to FOX Sports afterwards. “He’s gonna get it”.

When he reaches the 26-year-old Busch immediately attacks him, throwing a heavy duty punch to the face. Once something happens, a crew is taught, which I think is right, that if someone comes up in your pit box and attacks your guy, you have the right to try and break that up or bring it to a stop. I was sideways all the way through and get into him. “I understand his frustration, he crashed”.

After the fight, Busch answered question from Fox Sports and was still fuming at Logano who finished fourth. As far as what happened and who was at fault, it’s a cause of two drivers racing hard toward the checkered flag. Kyle and I usually race well together, usually we don’t have any issues. “Flat out drove straight into a corner and wrecked me”. Again, there is still other video out there that we’ve got to look at.
