Easter Bunny, egg hunts and more fun for families on Long Island
The Outlets at Silverthorne and J.Crew Factory are offering free photos with the Easter Bunny from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. Saturday at the J.Crew Factory store, 167 B Wildernest Road in the Blue Village, Silverthorne.

The Easter bunny even got a chance to visit families at both events ahead of Easter Sunday.
Egg hunt is 9-10 a.m.at Pioneer Park, 940 E. Alder St.
Details: The free event will be held rain, snow or shine.
Historically, when Easter arrived, feasts in large baskets were brought to churches to be blessed by religious leaders. No bags will be supplied.
An egg hunt involves hiding eggs outside for children to run around and find on Easter morning.
The fun starts early on Saturday in Kenwood with a 9 a.m. During this event, families, and friends explore animal eggs, discover changes in the sea by making plankton, and participate in an underwater egg hunt. The last service will be followed by an egg hunt.
Hanbury Hall hosts its Cadbury Egg Hunt for four days across Friday, April 14, to Monday, April 17, between 10am to 4pm, with tickets costing £3.
WHEN: 10:30 a.m.to 1 p.m. Saturday. Participants are asked to bring their own bags.
Gate admission, egg hunt, Easter celebration and parking are all free. Easter candy such as Peeps, Cadbury Eggs, and chocolate bunnies are a favorite among Americans.
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny: 8:30-11:30AM. Today, the hunts are organized throughout the country, partly thanks to the 5000 members of the International Association of Bomb Technicians (IABTI), who annually contribute $10,000 Dollars to what has been dubbed “The Rachel Project”. Sponsored by Neosho Parks and Recreation, Gospel Lighthouse Church and local businesses.
Cars will be lined up in the parking lot with different carnival games for kids to earn candy-filled eggs. Children with special needs can choose to be included in their age group or join an area designated for them. After the picnic, they’ll have a massive egg hunt for the children. Once they go through several clues they will reach the final destination and receive their prize. The Easter Bunny was also available for photos and for entertainment.
The State Journal said Walker’s Easter event was originally scheduled for Saturday at his Maple Bluff, Wis., home.

The city of Southfield parks and recreation department got rid of its egg hunt altogether.
