If public appearances by a president and first lady are political theater, first lady Melania Trump and her husband, President Trump, miiight want to work on their choreography. After all, Melania is living in NY with her kids while Donald Trump spends most of his time either in Washinton D.C., Mar-a-Lago, or New Jersey. In that video, the couple strolls along as hundreds watch when the first lady, donning a crisp white skirt and jacket, seems to flick away the president’s hand as he tried to grip hers in his own. Before Trump’s inauguration in January, leading designers like Marc Jacobs and Tom Ford refused to design a dress for Melania because of her husband’s polarising politics.

During an official event at the White House, Trump forgot to raise his hand to his heart during a performance of the American anthem. Trump then proceeded to reached for Melania’s hand as they approached a crowd.

“Thank you for this powerful expression of your friendship to Israel”, the prime minister said. “We have very much in common”.
Who would have thought that Donald Trump’s trip overseas would provide such an amusing look into his marriage?
However, CNN goes on to note that the Trumps were seen holding hands on a few occasions during this trip, including once at the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology in Saudi Arabia, also at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.

By itself, the video isn’t necessarily any indication that there’s trouble in paradise for the new president and his wife.
