Arsenal beat Chelsea to win record 13th FA Cup
Arsene Wenger guided Arsenal to a record 13th FA Cup success with a deserved victory over 10-man Chelsea on Saturday, before declaring his future will “be very clear” following a board meeting tomorrow.

The triumph secured Arsenal’s third FA Cup in four season and helped them to end the season on a high after a disappointing fifth-placed finish in the Premier League.
Reports say Chilean Sanchez, 28, has been offered a new £300,000-a-week contract, while German Ozil, 28, has refused to sign a £250,000-a-week deal.
There is still a lot of time for a decision to be made, but whatever it is, Diego Costa will surely have the final word. “Let’s enjoy the win tonight and not worry about the future”.
There can be no doubt over Wenger’s tremendous loyalty to Arsenal over the past 21 years and perhaps it is the 2017 FA Cup win that will go down as the most significant in his Gunners career.
“Of course I want him to stay at the club”. I think fans should not forget it. I feel this club has special values and we have shown that. And the Frenchman believes the victory over Antonio Conte’s Chelsea is proof enough that he is the right man to continue as Arsenal boss. It’s not about popularity, it’s about competence. You cannot be in this job. this job is basically trusting human beings, you know, so if you cannot forgive, you cannot trust.
It has always been accepted that Wenger, whose contract expires next month, has had the offer of a two-year deal on the table since the early months of the season.
He described the criticism he had faced as a “disgrace” in a BBC interview broadcast prior to the final and returned to the theme after lifting the trophy.
“The only thing I advise to young coaches, if you have tendency to paranoia, don’t do this job”.
“I’m lost for words really – I never thought I’d experience this”, the England Under-21 global added. During the game you support the team. That’s what I didn’t accept through the season.

Meanwhile, Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was disappointed by Alexis Sanchez’s opening goal.Courtois asserted that the goal should have been disallowed as Sanchez had committed a handball and his fellow Arsenal forward Aaron Ramsey, who was interfering with play, was in an offside position.
