Cosby’s accuser says she was drugged, groped; ‘I was frozen’
Forty-six minutes after she surprisingly took the stand, she recounted the horrors that so many more women have reported they experienced at the hands of Cosby over the years: The seducing, the friendship, the drugging, the assault.

But then the full effect of the pills struck the former college hoops star. Constand claims that Cosby became her mentor and invited her into his home on multiple occasions.
“I felt Mr. Cosby’s hands groping my breasts under my shirt”.
While Cosby’s lawyers have always argued that the sex that took place between Constand and Cosby was consensual, Constand’s testimony in court on Tuesday paints a very different picture. “If I went to the police, I thought Mr. Cosby would retaliate and try to hurt me”, she replied.
The massage therapist shared chilling details about her alleged physical encounter with the legendary comedian at his mansion in January 2004.
Cosby whispered to his lawyers and shook his head during her testimony. Another time, she said, he placed his hand on her thigh.
“‘They’re your friends. They’ll take the edge off, ‘” Constand said that Cosby told her. “He didn’t want that”, Sewell said.
Los Angeles lawyer Angela Agrusa spent a painstaking hour going over Andrea Constand’s old phone records.
“He said these will help you relax”, she told jurors.
But Miller’s timeline differed from Johnson’s. She testified that’s when Cosby assaulted her. Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting C.
Constand said she continued to have contact with Cosby because she felt she had to discuss Temple as part of her job. At the time, Constand was an employee of Temple University athletics, where Cosby served on the Board of Trustees.
A judge is expected to decide Tuesday if the mother of one of his accusers can testify. If you look online, you will find Andrea Constand’s pictures during the trial.
Cosby’s lawyer, Angela Agrusa, focused not on the details of the alleged assault but on other aspects of Constand’s narrative, including discrepancies in several police interviews Constand gave in 2005 when she made a decision to report the crime a year later.
Ms Constand’s case is the only one in which Cosby has been charged.
“I wasn’t able to”, she said. I was trying to get my hands to move but I was frozen and the messages didn’t get there. I wasn’t able to speak without getting a buildup of white stuff around my mouth. Mason said that he was called to her house months after the alleged incident occurred.
Constand’s allegations were initially investigated by a separate Montgomery County district attorney in 2005, but no charges were filed. More than a decade later, as the wave of accusations began to snowball, a federal judge made a decision to unseal Cosby’s deposition from that civil case.
Constand’s mother followed her on the stand and bolstered her account.
The encounter in question also happened at Cosby’s home.

He is on trial accused of three counts of aggravated indecent assault, which each carry a maximum sentence of 10 years and a $25,000 (£19,000) fine.
