The first episode was directed by SJ Clarkson, who also directed the first two episodes of “Jessica Jones”, the opening of the Marvel TV universe.
Headlining the must-see panel are the leads for Netflix’s various Marvel drama: Daredevil’s Charlie Cox, Jessica Jones’ Krysten Ritter, Luke Cage’s Mike Colter and Iron Fist’s Finn Jones.
We’ll have the rest of the Netflix at Comic-Con news for the weekend when Stranger Things takes the stage in Hall H on Saturday!
Netflix will also have a remake of “Death Note”, which will be available on August 25 for viewers to judge if it will be just as good with the original film.
Comic book titan Stan Lee appeared in a promo for Marvel’s Defenders shown at San Diego Comic-Con.
To help hold everybody over until the release of The Defenders next month, Netflix delivers a new promo for the upcoming series. He’ll be facing Alexandra, the head of the powerful organisation Midland Circle Financial, if that’s the case, who’s played by a very serious looking Sigourney Weaver, so good luck to them all. You know, I feel like if I had the time to win each of them over (I could). The eight-episode series will premiere in 2017 along with Marvel’s Iron Fist and Marvel’s The Punisher.

The renewal was confirmed on Friday at Comic-Con during Marvel Television and Netflix’s presentation for Marvel’s The Defenders, a superhero miniseries also hitting the streaming service in the near future.
