Week one of Taylor Swift‘s trial against radio host David Mueller is nearly in the books.

Dent’s eyewitness testimony bolsters Swift’s allegation that Mueller inappropriately grabbed her.

Swift then filed a civil countersuit alleging that Mueller put his hand under her dress and grabbed her rear end.

Mueller claims his knuckles may have touched her ribs, well above where his arm is shown.

David Mueller is a former radio show host.

When she finished meeting fans, Swift told her staff she had been groped, he said.

The Denver Post has the details of the investigation KYGO General Manager Bob Call conducted following the alleged assault on Taylor Swift.

Which leads us to Taylor Swift.

“Gabe, this is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt, with his hand on my ass”, Swift said to Mueller’s attorney, Gabe McFarland, referring to a photo taken during the meet-and-greet.

“I am critical of your client for sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my a*s”, Swift said.

Taylor Swift has told a court in the United States that a radio DJ put his hand under her skirt and grabbed her during a meet and greet in 2013.

The singer was testifying for the first time yesterday in a case involving David Mueller. She testified that “this was something I did not want known”. They described her as being uncomfortable and visibly upset.

Mueller was sacked from his job as an on-air personality for the Denver radio station KYGO shortly after Swift’s allegations against him surfaced.

Swift countersued Mueller, claiming sexual assault.

“He stayed attached to my bare ass-cheek as I lurched away from him”, the pop star testified during about one hour on the stand in federal court during a trial over the claim.

“If you look at that photo, his hand is not underneath her skirt”, said McFarland. She testified she first mentioned the incident about 15 minutes later to her photographer Stephanie Simbeck.

“It was a definite grab, not just jostling”. A very long grab. According to court transcripts, the lawyer repeatedly asked Swift how she felt about Mueller losing his job as a result of the incident, Glamour reports.

Taylor Swift’s attorneys told jurors they aren’t trying to bankrupt a former Colorado DJ accused of groping the pop superstar before a concert, but they do want others to know “that you can always say no”.

Wednesday’s testimony highlighted an initial attempt to keep the encounter in Denver out of the spotlight. Eventually, though, Swift did complain, and Dent tracked down Mueller at the event.

Swift’s testimony was “sharp, gutsy and satisfying”, said Slate magazine’s Christina Cauterucci. He sued her in 2015 and is seeking $3 million damages. This is an example of how we already position women to act a certain way after an assault.
