Time to push the panic button as Joe Flacco, Ravens’ offense sputter

Flacco was forced to check down most of the time because he didn’t have time to look downfield. The game kicks off at 1:00 PM EST in M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland. I’m going to give you one piece of information about the Ravens-Steelers AFC North showdown that takes place this Sunday in Baltimore and based exclusively on that information, I want you to pick the victor of that game.

Like most solid franchises, the Ravens are not pointing fingers.

According to ESPN’s Jamison Henley, the Ravens have scored one touchdown in their past 28 drives with Flacco under center.

But when the players took a knee to pray, the moment of silence became a moment of booing. The Ravens must get their passing game going, as Joe Flacco had a bad performance against the Jaguars.

But this was before the anthem. They had settled a score that had nothing to do with protest and politics and, no matter the forces that still swirl around the National Football League now, had seemed to heal their own divisions. When you boo prayer, you’ve gone over the edge. Trump also referred to players kneeling as “sons of bitches”. The Ravens have to get more pressure from this group.

The theme, at least here, after a rancorous and angry week with fans questioning allegiance to the Ravens, was to hammer home the patriotic and militaristic theme for the afternoon.

Yet a week after the typically low-keyed tackle was the only Pittsburgh Steelers player to participate in the national anthem before a game at Chicago, Villanueva vented about being used as a tool.

So who do you like to win Sunday’s matchup between the Steelers and Ravens?

With Shazier making a nice play on Mike Wallace and Mike Hilton putting Flacco into the turf, the Steelers held the Ravens to a field goal.

In the offseason, Baltimore seemed to revamp the secondary with the sole interest of containing the Steelers star wide receivers.

“All NFL favorites with popular teams, like the Patriots, Cowboys, Steelers, Falcons and Chiefs are going to attract public money”, said Salmons.

Before the national anthem, the Ravens took a knee.

Villanueva made it clear that he was exhausted of being the face of the standoff. “It wasn’t good. We have to be better off early in games”.

First, you see Telvin Smith miss him, though that’s mostly thanks to him getting hit by a good block from tight end Nick Boyle, but later, Collins makes a nice cut that completely breaks Jarrod Wilson’s ankles before being brought down by Posluszny.

Then there’s Baltimore, who we’re still trying to figure out. The Steelers wouldn’t be divided by an icy few days. “I don’t think you’re prepared to have a kid. I don’t think it will take long if the young guys don’t know now what it’s going to be about”.

“I thought the team tried their best last week and this week to handle this week, but unfortunately, we don’t always get it right”. “I didn’t do anything in the military that was outstanding”.

The Steelers have no intensity
