Special features of the BlackBerry Motion include a Smart Convenience Key so you can quickly access a particular app or function. Standard features like dual-band WiFi (both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz) with WiFi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2 are also present. The Aurora is an all-touchscreen smartphone, meaning it doesn’t have any physical QWERTY keyboard like the KEYone does.
TCL has officially introduced the BlackBerry Motion smartphone today.
The network is already long enough there are rumors about the new smartphone under the brand BlackBerry, which is due out before the end of this year. The interface is almost stock with Blackberrys apps such as Blackberry Hub, DTEK, and there’s a new feature called Locker with which you can lock files present in your internal storage.
BlackBerry Motion also boasts of IP67 certification, a first for any BlackBerry phone series.
The phone has a fingerprint sensor located on the physical home button below the display. A chamfered metal band wraps around the phone’s outer edges and houses two ports, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, and three buttons.
If past releases are anything to go by, the BlackBerry Motion could have a release date in some markets before its worldwide launch. This is the fifth Android phone so far by BlackBerry, following the BlackBerry Priv, DTEK50, DTEK60, and the BlackBerry KEYOne. Both devices run Google’s Android software and the Motion will ship with version 7.1 Nougat. We can expect the smartphone to be powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor and 4GB of RAM for unbelievable performance. For that matter, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be first in line to receive the device.
Stay tuned to GizBot for more updates! Well, it has a Quick Charge 3.0 which can charge up to 50% in just 40 minutes (not bad lah).
