Fox has reportedly requested legal and physical custody of Noah and Bodhi. Brian was a guest star on Megan’s sitcom “Hope & Faith” when she was just 18.

The publication reports that Fox will probably end up paying Brian spousal support given the disparity in their income and Green’s medical problems. This means that, now that they’re divorcing, all the money they both made during their 5-year union will be split in half. In the divorce filing, Fox lists their separation date as June 15.

Fox, 29, starred in “Transformers” in 2007 and the 2009 sequel. A source told People that the split is “a classic Hollywood story of two people in different stages of life and career”.

As LaBeouf pulled into his driveway, a paparazzo was waiting on his property and asked, “Is it true you’ve been dating Megan Fox?” The two got engaged in November 2006, but ended their relationship in February 2009. Fox said a marriage is not “a realistic goal for someone who is 23”. 24 days later, they married at Hawaii’s Four Seasons. Megan later told reporters that she felt sorry for women who entered into relationships only to find out the man isn’t helpful when it comes to the children. That makes it easier for me to work through things, because I always see the spiritual side of things.
