Kendrick Lamar really wants to be in the next Black Panther movie

When Hudlin spoke to The Washington Post recently, he said he was happy to see his co-creation make it to the big screen and envisioned just as many adventures for her in future films.

Overall, this is a movie I would recommend to anyone. The film has broken the Marvel Cinematic Universe record for highest-grossing first-week beating out stiff competition from 2012’s The Avengers.

Black Panther features a predominantly African-American star cast and celebrates their ethnicity in all glory.

That’s something not typically heard of in superhero movies, so it appeals to comic book fans as well as a more general black audience. As much as we would like Black Panther’s Wakanda to be a real nation, it isn’t. “This will be the first time they actually go to the movies, and I think this is a great opportunity to introduce them to this experience”, Boudreaux said. The world is changing, and people are noticing.

Additionally, Black Panther showed the strength of sisterhood among black women in a day where reality TV portrays black women as catty, drink throwing chicks. “You got to see all people of color in the theater wearing African attire – exploring their roots and everything”, 6th-grader Devin Graves said.

Black Panther is making a statement in more ways than one.

A unique fact about the movie was that the cast consisted of predominantly black actors.

The Capital City Black Film Festival and Soul City participated in the Black Panther Challenge to raise enough money for kids to see the movie. Black Panther not only focused on the fiction, but themes of life such as love, death, revenge, and truth, telling us that anything can happen to anyone, and that how we handle those situations shapes what we become.

“[Avengers: Infinity War] just scooped up our costumers and our costumes after we were done and just put them in their next movie”.

Boseman was already convincing in “Civil War” and now having his own film proves that his potential was anything but wasted.
