Narayan Rane files nomination for Rajya Sabha
Congress President approved the list for the the March 23 Rajya Sabha polls.

Yajnik, a lawyer cum rights activist, today filed her nomination papers for the March 23 polls, a day after the Congress announced her candidature along with veteran tribal leader and former MP Naran Rathwa.
Katiyar had also claimed that Taj Mahal stands at the site of a temple and suggested that it should be re-named Tejo Mandir.
From Rajasthan, BJP has nominated Kirodi Lal Meena, who joined the party again on Sunday after leaving it a decade ago. The second seat will be fought by an independent supported by it, sources said.

They include Union ministers Prakash Javadekar, L Ganeshan, Thawarchand Gehlot and Meghraj Jain of BJP and Satyavrat Chaturvedi of Congress. However, just minutes before the 3pm deadline, he reached the Assembly with senior Congress leaders and team of lawyers and filed his nomination.
