Man charged in death of rural northeast Kansas woman

Disturbing footage captured a woman’s racist attack against a United Kingdom chicken shop worker after he reportedly refused to give her a free cup of water. Foreign media reports that her victims and rights groups have said they were disappointed with the sentence and were hoping that she would be jailed for life.
