The following article contains major spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War, in theaters now. If you have children too young to be comfortable with these concepts, they may struggle with Infinity War. Avengers 4 could play out like HBO’s The Leftovers: The remaining heroes deal with the emotional and philosophical fallout of half the world disappearing. In 2008, the same year Marvel Studios proved themselves as understanding the future of the superhero genre with Iron Man, they also took a giant step back with The Incredible Hulk. The film’s ending is shocking in more ways than one, but it’s also taken straight from the comic book the film is loosely based on.

To unravel things, let’s look at what’s to come.

Now, about those Infinity Stones: They’re very powerful on their own, but when and if they were all to be together as one, that power would be. ummm, infinite! As Thanos likes to say, it’s all about balance, and if you fake out the audience without giving them something real in return, the fourth Avengers film will prompt grumbles, not gasps. Don’t be surprised if we see some Ebony Maw cosplayers holding a Clarinet around with them at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. There’s a scene where Iron Man is fighting in NY and Spider-Man swings in to help. She could have taken out Thanos’ lackeys easily.
In that sense, given the fact that she – hypothetically – has information that can be used against Thanos, it makes sense for Fury to keep her out of harm’s way.

What are Captain Marvel’s powers? .
Marvel films have never been marked by stylish flair.
The movie mentions that Scott Lang (Ant-Man) wouldn’t be around. It turns out he survived touching the Tesseract when we last saw him in Captain America: The First Avenger. After all, the synopsis for the film reads: “Ant-Man joins forces with the Wasp on an urgent new mission to uncover secrets from the past”.
Despite its epic scale and lengthy runtime (nearly two and a half hours), Avengers: Infinity War doesn’t really push the boundaries in terms of violence or sexual content beyond what we’ve already grown to know and expect from Marvel. It was technically first seen in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy, even though the Asgardians delivered the Reality Stone to the Collector in the credits scene for 2013’s Thor: The Dark World. He just can’t walk onscreen.

The film focuses heavily on super villain Thanos. And then there were others we couldn’t use. It’s the stuff we know and like, in different combinations, but you’re not going to get a full meal of anything you particularly love. But once the still-untitled Avengers 4 is released (it was shot back-to-back with Infinity War) the pair will be moving away from the Marvel fold – for now, at least.
