Despite allegations coming from Israel, the Islamic Jihad denies any involvement about the recent rocket attack that is being pinned on them.

There was also no claim of responsibility.
“The IDF killed the forces responsible for the rocket attacks and the Syrians who allowed it to happen”, Netanyahu said.
ISRAEL bombed southern Syria yesterday, killing five civilians and a soldier in retaliation for an alleged rocket attack.
“We have no intention of compromising on this issue, and I suggest no one test our resolve on this matter”, he said.
“We know of at least four of them who were killed”, the official said.
Last month, Syrian activists reported that an Israeli airstrike in Quneitra killed fighters from the Lebanese Hezbollah movement battling alongside al-Assad’s troops.
Israel’s foreign ministry said on Friday that the Islamic Jihad force behind Thursday’s rocket fire was under the operational command of an officer of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps.
The Syrian army, which has been on a war footing with Israel for decades, had deployed a substantial part of its land forces and artillery in southern Syria and in the Golan Heights and built elaborate defenses against Israel.
– July 15: Warplanes strike three administrative and military targets on the Golan after the Israeli army said two rockets fired from the Syrian sector hit the Israeli-occupied side of the plateau. “These were clear and intentional acts of aggression, directly violating Israeli sovereignty”, the IDF Spokesman’s Office said in statement.
The Israeli reprisals against targets in Syria which were launched on Thursday and Friday were a means to rally American Jewish public opinion against the Iran nuclear agreement, pro-Iranian and Hezbollah officials told Arab media over the weekend.
Israel’s Maariv newspaper said that the five men were all believed to be members of Islamic Jihad.
But Islamic Jihad said those killed were not among its own.
The IDF struck 14 sites in an area under Syrian regime control in the Golan Heights from which the rockets were fired.
But the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based monitoring group, said that Israel had targeted the Syrian military in Quneitra province, causing an unknown number of casualties.

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine also condemned the Israeli airborne assaults against Syria, calling on the global community to take action against the provocative moves of the Tel Aviv regime.
