Megan Fox has filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green

Megan Fox has officially filed for the divorce ending 5 years of marriage with Brian stating “irreconcible differences” behind the split. She met Green, who was part of the 1990s TV show “Beverly Hills 90210” when she was just 18 and he was 30.

“Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, there is no prenup, so earnings during their 5-year marriage are community property and divided 50/50”. Following the birth of their first son second son a year ago the stunning actress revealed their eldest son Noah, now two, sleeps in the bed with them. Megan Fox filed the papers today in court – the couple confirmed earlier this week that they had separated after 11 years.

With her career blossoming and the demands of her family increasing, the source was quoted as saying the actress was “overwhelmed” and that her family’s “expectations” impeded her work. She has allegedly hired divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

Fox and Green announced their split on Wednesday. “They had many disagreements and arguments about her time at home, which led to problems”, the source explains of the couple’s 11-year relationship.

The source explains, “Megan has always been career-oriented and noted because she was so lovely…”

The couple rekindled their relationship and Brian proposed again in June 2010, with the pair getting Wednesday just 24 days later. Megan also told them that “it was magic[al]” when Brian starred in her sitcom “Hope & Faith” in 2004. Neither have said a word on their split.
