Seconds of Summer star Michael Clifford speaks out about mental health
As they were busy slaying their latest concert, Michael Clifford chose to share with fans at the show that he had been seeing a therapist. As the “She’s Kinda Hot” band told fans what they did during a short break off the Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour, Clifford revealed that he had been in therapy to take care of his mental health. “We’re going to play another song if it’s okay?” Michael didn’t go into detail about his struggle, and he didn’t need to; that’s private information.

During one of their concerts, Michael explained that while the band had time off recently, he was “fixing some problems with my mental health”. The Australian guitarist said he was working on the issues with his mental health.
Clifford’s confession about seeing a mental health therapist comes after a similar revelation by bandmate Ashton Irwin. After a brief break from the spotlight, Padalecki returned to his loyal fan’s support and understanding, making an appearance at the ATX Television Festival for his highly anticipated Gilmore Girls reunion panel.

“With our next album we want to sort of have more messages for life involved in what we do because we have a voice for young people”, Irwin said. “I walked into an open flame”. Let us know your take in the comments section below!
