Rosie wants to thank everyone for their help, especially the South Nyack, NY and Barneget Light, NJ police departments”, Cindi Berger, a representative for Rosie O’Donnell, said in a statement to NBC 4 New York.

She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt hoodie, dark ripped blue jeans, gray Converse sneakers and a black backpack.

The same day (8/21) at 8:30 pm, Sheerer was arrested at his Village Drive residence in Barnegat by the partnering agencies. Consultation with Assistant Prosecutor Hillary Bryce resulted in the above charges being signed by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit.

Coronato announced the arrest of Steven M. Sheerer, 25, on both third-degree charges.

It has been reported that heroin abuser Sheerer housed Chelsea for a week leading up to a frantic public plea by O’Donnell for her daughter’s return. She put out a series of tweets indicating she suspected Sheerer was involved, and cited an article that said he’d been charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute.

It wasn’t known Saturday if Sheerer had retained an attorney and a telephone number for him could not be located.

His bail was set at $40,000 (about RM167,200) cash. She then appeared and left with police without incident, Germain said.

Sheerer’s arrest got here a number of hours after authorities had obtained the woman’s cellphone together with her mom’s consent, prosecutors stated.

She was discovered safe in the attic of the home with her therapy dog, Bear, after Barnegat police received information she might be in the township.

Sheerer will likely be arraigned sometime next week, but a court date has not yet been scheduled, prosecutors said.
