HD gets new update, new features
Again, it’s a feature that exists with a lot of streaming services, such as Netflix, but it’s an important one to have, as it means you can quickly start watching something you want to watch, rather than ploughing through the guide.

Obviously how long that takes will depend on your broadband connection. You can mark up movies for this list with a press of the green button.
When you’re scrolling through the broad movie selection on your Sky+HD box you will now be able to highlight a film and click the green button on your remote to add it to your Watchlist.
“And we’re now introducing some clever new features that will make it even easier to find and enjoy a fantastic movie when you settle down on the sofa, including brand new “Watch from Start” which makes missing the start of a film a thing of the past”. To top all that off, Sky’s movie synopsis panes will also display the Rotten Tomatoes score, collating thousands of viewer reviews, as a 5-star rating, so you can decide if a film is the right fit for you.
Sky justifies its payment plans on the basis of its proclaimed unique offering- the company offers a mixture of satellite-based live television and on-demand services, merged together by the Sky+HD boxes.
The new update has already starting rolling out to Sky+HD boxes across the country, and according to Sky it should be available in millions of homes by the end of Autumn.

The new additions are aimed at making the Sky customer experience not only more user friendly but also more enjoyable. “The pace at which we’re developing for Sky+ has never been quicker – so customers can look forward to more updates later this year and into 2016”, said Luke Bradley-Jones, director of TV products at Sky.
