Wax figure molested: Nicki Minaj’s wax figure to be remodelled after visitors

Meek Mill, Minaj’s current boyfriend, has apparently been one of the people making negative comments about the situation with everyone posing next to her at the wax museum in such lewd ways, but Minaj also had some reassuring words for him, letting him know that he has nothing to worry about and that she’s fine with the whole situation.

Nicki Minaj has been in the news quite a bit lately over a new controversy related to her figure on display at a Madame Tussauds museum in Las Vegas.

Madame Tussauds released a statement on Thursday (18th August) in which they apologised for the inappropriate way in which the statue had been used by some of their visitors and announced they would be increasing security around the waxwork.

“Madame Tussauds attractions are interactive, immersive experiences, and our visitors are generally respectful towards the wax figures”, the museum said in a statement.

Earlier this month Azaelia Banks took to Twitter to question why Minaj had been depicted on all fours.

The statement continued saying that they were taking steps to make sure more staff is monitoring the figure and that the set will be redesigned to ensure that a picture like that can not be taken again. If you’re going to put a female rapper in your museum devoted to celebrities for the first time, there is no need for her to be hyper-sexualized. “Why not standing up with a mic in her hand???”

She also correctly predicted how some people would respond to the waxwork.

“All ppl are gonna do is go up to that statue and take pictures shoving their crotch in her face and putting their crotch on her buttocks”, she wrote.
