It was reported last week that Megan filed for divorce from the Anger Management star after five years of marriage.

The filing last Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. There is reportedly a high chance that their properties will be declared as co-mingled, which means they will have to split everything into two.

Reports suggest there was no prenuptial agreement and so the former couple, above, are expected to split everything from their five-year marriage 50/50.

The sources also say there is the possibility that Fox will end up paying Brian spousal support, partly because of the disparity in income and partly because he’s had medical problems. According to the Daily Mail, the couple split six months ago, though they continue to reside amicably under the same roof.

Another source recently claimed the duo could reconcile in the future because they still ‘love each other very much’. When Bravo’s Jeff Lewis questions this and asks if Megan Fox is aware, Green snaps, saying, “What the f- man?”

The main issue seemed to surround the decor of a basketball court that Green wanted to decorate in a flashy manner in the style of the Los Angeles Lakers.

However, when Jeff told Brian he would be informing Megan about the Lakers decor, the actor reacted negatively. Two years, they become engaged. And, in a People magazine’s report, a source close to the two said, “Megan and Brian have decided to separate…”
