Tobias Strebel, a human being who spent over $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber, has-been reported missing.
Tobias Strebel, 35, was last seen Tuesday on N. Orange Grove Ave.in West Hollywood, his friend Mel Espinoza told KABC-TV on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber recently revealed that he’ll no longer be playing Fusion Festival in Birmingham later this month. However he broke the news on Twitter that due to an “unforeseen issue” he would no longer be appearing.
