In the telephone conversation aired by Times Now, a reporter called the number of Dawood Ibrahim’s wife in Karachi and asked whether she was indeed his wife Mehjabeen Shaikh. Dawood has three Pakistani passports and two more residential addresses in Karachi.

The BJP leader strongly opposed talks with Pakistan saying that everyone in the world knows it is a “snake pit” which not only patronises terrorists “but also where terrorists are born”.

The agencies have images of Dawood’s Pakistani passport.

There are also reports that Dawood’s wife and younger daughter have accompanied the mafia don.

Union home minister Rajnath Singh said terror mastermind Dawood Ibrahim must be going in and out or changing locations, but his permanent address is Pakistan.

Pakistani Army and the ISI have shifted underworld don and one of India’s most wanted Dawood Ibrahim from Karachi to country’s North region Muri, as per reports on Sunday. His latest photographs indicate that the 59-year-old crime lord has a receding hairline, is clean shaven and has not undergone any facial cosmetic surgery.

There is an Interpol red corner notice against Dawood and his associates, Tiger Memon and Yakub Memon, for their role in the blasts in 1993 across Mumbai, in which 257 people were killed and thousands were injured. “Dawood’s one-time right hand man Tariq Parveen was arrested by Uttar Pradesh ATS earlier this year”. “There are flight details to show that Saddiq travelled to Dubai from Karachi on July 20, 2015 and returned four days later”, Shishir Gupta wrote in the report for HT.
